Refund policy

All items are photographed as accurately as possible, but as computer monitors differ, some color variation may occur. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note that items MUST be returned in original condition; yarn in the original hank, fiber unstripped. Upon receipt of the returned item we will process a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us to receive an RMA for return requests.
