Do I get the exact item shown in the listing?

The item in the photo may not be the exact braid or skein you receive, but it is from the same dye-lot featured in the photograph.

Are the colors in your photographs accurate?
Every effort has been made to capture our colorways as accurately as possible. Please note that color representation may vary from monitor to monitor.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. At this time we are not accepting any new wholesale accounts.

I forgot to use my discount code when I placed my order, how do I get a refund?
Discount codes are valid only at the point of purchase and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
No. We are unable to combine orders. Each order placed will be shipped separately.

Do you collect sales tax?
Yes. But only from the residents of New York State. 

What is your return policy on items purchased from the online shop?
All items are photographed as accurately as possible, but as computer monitors differ, some colour variation may occur. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note - Items MUST be returned in original condition - yarn in the original hank, fiber unstripped. Upon receipt of the returned item we will process a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us to receive an RMA for return requests. DISCOUNTED SALE EXCEPTION: All discounted yarn & fiber sales are final - NO returns, NO exchanges.


Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are only shipping to the United States and Canada.

What happens if my order is lost or damages in transit?
Once an order has been received by the designated shipping organization, be it UPS or USPS, Into The Whirled is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us prior to purchase.

How long will delivery of my order take?
Unless it is a festival weekend, or a delay is specifically noted in the listing, orders are shipped in one to three business days. Customers may experiance a delay in shipping the weekend of the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival in May and again in October during the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.
